Steady work, solid pay, and the respect you deserve.Bring This:1+ years of experiencePrior apartment maintenance or related experience preferredStrong skills in painting, drywall repair, and general maintenanceAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyReliable attendance is essentialAble to lift 50 lbs.Do This:Diagnose and perform repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and exterior structures.Complete make-ready/unit turns within required timelines.Respond promptly and professionally to assigned work orders.Perform light trash removal and maintain the cleanliness of grounds and amenities (common areas, fitness center, dog park, pool/hot tub, etc.).Conduct property and building inspections, reporting safety or maintenance concerns to management.Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects .Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance as needed.Assist with vendor coordination, scheduling, and bidding when required.Accurately maintain key control systems.Apply preventative maintenance measures to reduce future issues.Perform snow removal as applicable.Maintain regular onsite attendance and meet deadlines.Get This:Solid Weekly PaychecksMedical, Dental, VisionLife Insurance + Disability coverage.Optional 401(k).Employee DiscountsSteady schedule close to home."Staffmark was great at getting me placed.
