Join Dental Specialty Center, a modern, specialty-focused practice delivering advanced periodontal and implant care in a collaborative, high-demand setting. Schedule: 3–4 days per week across our Falcon and Colorado Springs locations What You’ll Do Diagnose and treat periodontal disease through surgical and non-surgical procedures Perform scaling and root planing, gum grafting, pocket reduction, and implant placement (including All-on-X) Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure excellent patient care Collaborate with referring doctors and educate patients on oral health What We’re Looking For DDS/DMD + accredited Periodontics residency Active (or eligible) state license Strong clinical and surgical skills, including implants Excellent communication and teamwork Why Join Us High earning potential: $2,000-6,000/day (adjusted production) 100% clinical autonomy Primarily FFS environment State-of-the-art technology + strong referral base Consistent patient flow and CE opportunities Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
