Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation setting, requiring at least one year of experience and an active license if applicable.Job Details• Outpatient rehabilitation therapy setting,• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM,• Position is for a 13-week assignment,• Collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals,Job Requirements• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program,• Active Illinois PT license or temporary work permit required if applicable,• At least 1 year of hospital or outpatient experience preferred,• Ability to evaluate, plan, and adjust individualized patient treatment plans,Additional Information• Primary responsibilities include direct patient care, functional evaluations, and ongoing reassessment of patient needs,• Responsible for delegating and supervising specific treatments to PTAs and support staff,• Required to maintain updated documentation, prescriptions, and signatures as per practice standards,• No COVID-19 vaccination required for this role,
