Product Tester

We’re seeking someone who can transform product tester feedback into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for collecting feedback and helping cross-functional teams understand opportunities for improvement.This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position with a hybrid schedule (remote on Mondays and Fridays).What You’ll DoAnalyze feedback from product testers, including ratings, written comments, photos, and videosIdentify trends and recurring themes to highlight what’s working well and where improvements are neededDeliver concise, actionable summaries to product, engineering, and quality teamsAssist with ongoing testing cycles, including occasional weekend check-insMaintain organized, secure records of feedback and insights for easy access and referenceQualificationsAt least 1-3 years of experience in customer feedback analysis, product testing, research support, or quality programsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience using feedback or survey platforms (e.g., Centercode, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar)Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, and data organization)Ability to create clear, simple presentations in PowerPoint or Google SlidesFamiliarity with AI tools to improve efficiency is a plus
