Responsibilities include processing title orders, reviewing file documentation, verifying title details for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves working closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth closing processes, handling escrow funds, and achieving client satisfaction through excellent service coordination. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skillsKnowledge of Escrow processes and Notary certifications (preferred)Basic Accounting skills relevant to title transactionsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficientlyProficiency with real estate or title processing software is a plusExperience in real estate, title services, or a related field is preferred
