The Director focuses on the daily management of recruiters, pipeline health, and delivery of qualified candidates to meet client demand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in staffing operations, team leadership, and achieving high fill rates in a competitive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwns and manages daily recruiting operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.Leads, motivates, and develops a team of recruiters to achieve performance goals and delivery metrics.Drives fill rate, time-to-fill, and other key recruiting KPIs across all accounts.Oversees pipeline management and ensures a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and upcoming needs.Partners closely with operations and account management to align recruiting priorities with client demand.Implements recruiting strategies and process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality.Analyzes data and performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Builds and scales a high-performing recruiting function to support company growth and customer satisfaction.Fosters a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork within the recruiting department.Qualifications5+ years of experience in staffing agency recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.Demonstrated success leading recruiting teams in temporary or contract staffing (light industrial, healthcare, etc.).Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, recruiting metrics, and client delivery expectations.Proven ability to drive performance, manage multiple priorities, and meet high-volume staffing demands.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS systems and recruiting dashboards.Why JoinBe part of an 18 year award winning company with a proven record of growthOwn fulfillment across Career Start, Tallavera, and WAE, three powerful brands under the Aboldco umbrellaBuild upon an existing fulfillment framework while driving innovation and scaleInfluence how WAE technology supports fulfillment through clean workflows and exceptional user experienceMassive opportunity to scale and help drive us from fast growing to industry definingA culture built on speed, precision, and accountability for people who thrive on momentum and put out exceptional workWe offer a competitive benefits package including 10+ holidays, health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) w/match, and more.Onsite professional chef prepares lunch daily.
