Centrally located in Benton, AR, our team is dedicated to providing full-service solutions for engineering projects throughout the state.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer E.I.T. located in Benton, AR. The role involves performing civil engineering design, drafting, and calculations, with a focus on land development projects, municipal water, wastewater systems, and stormwater management. Tasks include preparing plans, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, ensuring project compliance with regulations, and supporting project planning and implementation. QualificationsProficiency in Civil Engineering Design, Civil Engineering principles, and stormwater management techniquesStrong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3DExperience in project planning and implementationKnowledge of municipal water and wastewater systemsAbility to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectivelyEngineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification requiredBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field2+ years experience with land development/municipal projectsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development Working ConditionsFull-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required for special events or project deadlines.
