We are ISO 9001 certified and were designated an Essential Business during the Coronavirus pandemic. Role snapshot Transform technical drawings into efficient CNC programs and setups. Load materials and the correct tooling; dial in machine settings to hit spec. Troubleshoot manufacturing hiccups and resolve nonconforming parts. Run first articles and final inspections; own quality throughout. Operate machines when needed and oversee production runs. Maintain, clean, and care for equipment; train new staff on procedures. Must‑haves CNC programming from scratch; expert blueprint interpretation. Quality inspection proficiency; solid computer literacy. Physical capability for hands‑on machining. Background we’re seeking High school diploma or GED. Track record as a CNC Programmer. Experience diagnosing and correcting nonconformance. Compensation $25–$35 per hour, based on your related knowledge and experience.
