Epic ADT / Grand Central Analyst

Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Work You'll Do/ResponsibilitiesConduct ongoing system build and configuration for Epic ADT/Grand CentralDevelop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentationContribute to the development of testing scripts and materialsActively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performs unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activitiesComplete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job-related duties as assignedAttend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issuesCreate and maintain regular status reports and provides verbal and written status to Project Managers and project leadership, as requiredResponsible for supporting the client's Willow module within Epic, including responding to break-fix tickets, meeting with operational end-users to discuss issues as well as new functionality, preparing documentation, and working on enhancements, testing, and upgradesThe Team AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. We deliver integrated business expertise with scalable, repeatable technology solutions specifically engineered for each sector.QualificationsRequiredCertification in Epic Grand CentralMinimum of 5+ years of Epic build and support experience5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting5+ years of experience with ADTBachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experienceAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferredHospital or Clinic operations experienceAdditional Epic CertificationsITIL process knowledgeAnalytical/ Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionExcellent Written and Communication SkillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrations
