As a Surgical Tech, you’ll make sure everything is perfectly prepped, perfectly placed, and perfectly ready before the first incision. Surgeons depend on you like a chef depends on their best knife set—essential and irreplaceable. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare operating rooms with surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments with precision timing Maintain a sterile environment like it’s your personal mission Anticipate the needs of the surgical team (mind-reading skills are a bonus) Count and track instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and ready for the next case What You Bring: Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills Certification preferred (CST or equivalent gets extra points)
