What You’ll Be Doing Responding to incoming jobs and dispatches Communicating clearly with customers Discussing pricing and providing solutions Performing services such as: Lockouts (home and vehicle) Lock changes and rekeys Progressing into commercial work Learning automotive key programming (advanced work) Growth and Earning Potential Start: Lockouts and basic services Next: Rekeys and lock changes Then: Commercial work Advanced: Automotive key programming As your skillset improves, you will take on more jobs and higher-value work. Top-performing technicians who are fully trained across all services can expect to earn $1,500–$2,000+ per week.
