NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Solution Architect to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements10+ years of enterprise/application architecture experienceDeep expertise in Java, Spring, microservices architecture, API design, and system integrationCloud-native architecture experience, preferably with AWSExperience designing platforms with containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShiftStrong communication skillsProven ability to design solutions with downstream impacts across multiple applications and systemsExperience operating within large enterprise environments, with a focus on modernization and integrationResponsibilitiesPartner with application teams to design scalable, secure solutions to business problemsConduct architecture reviews and guide teams through approval processesEnsure solution alignment with enterprise standards and capabilitiesAct as a liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and leadershipReview and validate modernization initiatives, including transitioning from WebSphere to OpenShiftProvide technical insights to support decision-making and design validationLead design reviews, develop architecture patterns, and ensure solution performance, security, and maintainabilityMentor junior team members on architectural best practicesNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
