Model Based Systems Engineer - Innovative Defense Technologies

Key Responsibilities Develop detailed system models using SysML v2 to support software development and architecture design. Leverage Agentic AI tools to generate requirements, use cases, verification cases, and analysis cases. Create structural and behavioral architectures that align with mission objectives and technical constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine models, validate assumptions, and ensure traceability. Document model artifacts, maintain version control, and provide guidance on best practices. Requirements Proven experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering and SysML v2 modeling. Strong background in requirements engineering, verification, and validation. Familiarity with Agentic AI or similar generative AI tools for systems engineering. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
