Travel PTA - Skilled Nursing Facility

American Traveler is seeking a PTA for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in South Carolina, with home health experience preferred and a valid SC PTA license required prior to start.Job Details• Post-acute care setting within a skilled nursing facility (SNF),• Patient population includes those requiring physical therapy rehabilitation and post-acute care services,• Home health patient experience is preferred,• Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required,• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts),• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active SC PTA license required prior to start date; pending license considered for initial review,• Current BLS certification required,• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required; 2 years preferred,• Home health experience strongly preferred; all PTA experience will be considered,• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible,• Two professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,Additional Information• Provide physical therapy assistance to post-acute and SNF patients in support of rehabilitation goals,• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO requests made after submission will not be honored,• The facility enforces an attendance policy for travelers - missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without a reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation,
