Mold Remediation Technician

Job Description :IICRC WRT or higher certifications preferred but not required, we can train the right candidate and certification can follow.Restoration Field work that includes content manipulation, demolition/removal of damaged building materials as needed, setting up drying equipment, application of sanitizing chemicals in attics, crawlspaces and other areas of home, answer homeowner questions and /or concerns, and work as part of a team with other technicians and laborers on a professional level.The primary duties involve all tasks associated with the production of projects.The Ideal candidate will be:Hard WorkingOrganizedCapable with hand tools and power toolsAble to take directionDetail orientedHonestDependable A team playerMust be willing to work in a fast paced ever changing day to day operation. Hours will vary based on scope of each job. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet building materials. Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a respirator fit test, and pass a pulmonary function test. Training & Growth: You will be provided training by working with fellow teammates, internal and external training events, and cross training. As a selected team member you are expected to grow over time with increasing productivity and support for each team member.
