Learn your workflows, follow standard work, and consistently meet or exceed daily output with dependable attendance and shift coverage. Perform meticulous first-piece inspections, use SPC/visual controls, and stop-at-defect to prevent rework and scrap. Partner with quality to drive root-cause fixes.A Day in the Life:Join tier meeting to review targets, quality issues, and constraints.Follow current standard work (SOPs) and visual controls.Perform first-piece inspection, record results.Fulfill job orders by cutting tubes or picking parts.Maintain clean, organized workspace; remove trip hazards.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
