Support continuous improvement culture and operational excellence initiatives. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams as needed. Use data analysis and structured problem-solving to drive decisions and recommendations. Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, quality standards, and internal policies. Qualification Requirements. Required. Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)or equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience. Demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering or equipment optimization (typically 3 years). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience reducing scrap, downtime, or process variation. Ability to interpret equipment performance data and recommend improvements.
