Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Demonstrated competency in documentation for therapy and experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for adults and geriatric populations. Current CPR certification preferred.
