These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionThe Inside Sales Representative supports Teledyne e2v Semiconductor’s sales organization in North America by managing customer accounts, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating forecasts with the sales team, and enabling execution of design‑in and production programs across aerospace, defense, space, and industrial markets. This role acts as a key interface between customers, regional sales managers, distributors, manufacturers’ representatives, operations, and product marketing teams to ensure accurate execution and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Support:Support assigned OEM and distributor accounts in coordination with Regional Sales ManagersPrepare and manage quotes (RFQs), pricing updates, and proposalsSupport LTAs, pricing agreements, and non‑standard terms with sales managementMaintain accurate customer, pricing, and opportunity data in CRM systemsAct as primary inside contact for order status, lead times, and delivery coordinationForecasting & Business ManagementSupport bookings and revenue tracking against annual sales targetsAssist with program lifecycle tracking (development → qualification → production → obsolescence)Coordinate with supply chain on allocation, NCNR, and long‑lead itemsInternal CoordinationInterface with planning, operations, quality, engineering, and financeSupport export‑controlled programs (ITAR/EAR) in coordination with compliance teamsAssist field sales with customer calls / presentations, program reviews, and account plansMarket & Product SupportSupport promotion of space‑grade, radiation‑tolerant, high‑reliability, and long‑lifecycle semiconductor productsTrack competitive activity, pricing pressure, and customer licensing positionsSupport NPI launches and customer transitions (EOL/last‑time‑buy management)Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or commercial support, preferably in semiconductors or electronicsStrong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel, Word, and SAP (preferred)Experience supporting B2B OEM accounts in regulated or high‑reliability marketsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Aerospace, Defense, Space, or Industrial SemiconductorsFamiliarity with leaders in the semiconductor marketplace (NXP, ADI, TI, AMD, Microchip, Frontgrade)Understanding of program‑based selling, NCNR terms, and long product lifecyclesExperience working with authorized distribution partnersKnowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance environmentsKey CompetenciesHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneouslyCustomer‑focused, responsive, and solutions‑orientedCollaborative team player supporting North American sales organizationComfortable working in long‑cycle, milestone‑driven programsSuccess MetricsQuote cycle time and accuracyForecast accuracy and data integrityOn‑time order execution and customer satisfactionSupport of bookings and revenue targetsEffectiveness of coordination across sales, operations, and programsLocation:Job is remote (home office)Eastern Time in the US (preferred)Salary Range$62,800.00-$83,700.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
