Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting. This role plays a key part in driving data-driven insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and partnering with business leaders on financial decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling skills, excellent business acumen, and a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly forecasting process, including variance analysis and performance reporting.Develop, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that guide operational and strategic decisions.Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and commentary on business performance.Support the annual budgeting process and long-range planning activities.Analyze trends, KPIs, and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement levers.Enhance and streamline FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data automation initiatives.Assist with ad hoc analysis, M&A modeling, capital investment evaluations, and business cases as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.4–7 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, forecasting tools, scenario analysis).Proficient with a common data visualization tool for reporting, such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred)Proficient with financial systems (SAP, Oracle and NetSuite preferred)Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and support senior leadership.Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Why This Role?High visibility across the organization and direct interaction with leadership.Opportunity to influence strategy and drive meaningful financial insights.Collaborative culture with strong opportunities for career development.
