Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant at our Bradenton, FL location. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, prepare accurate financial statements, manage budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Key responsibilities include reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, preparing tax filings, journal entries, monitoring expenditures, and streamlining accounting processes. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate with key team memebers to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decision-making. Qualifications Strong accounting and financial skills, including proficiency in general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial reportingProficient in budgeting, forecast planning, and cost analysisKnowledge of tax regulations and experience in tax preparation and complianceProficiency in accounting software (Sage 100) and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with team members and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or CMA certification is highly desirablePrior experience in a manufacturing or repair-related industry is a plusAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
