In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Market Data and Electronic Trading infrastructures, ensuring the quality, availability, and integrity of data across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support for Market Data issues (DACS, TREP, etc.) and track requests via JIRAMonitor, maintain, and optimize Market Data and Electronic Trading back-end infrastructuresEnsure the quality and integrity of Market Data content, including real-time feeds, end-of-day data, and security masterCoordinate with Market Data vendors and internal teams to implement new services and ensure seamless data deliveryProactively monitor infrastructure components to maximize uptime, reliability, and redundancyProduce system health reports, maintain technical documentation, and support IT audit processesOversee deployment of new applications in collaboration with infrastructure, development, and business teamsLead and coordinate Market Data and Electronic Trading projects from requirements gathering to delivery, including budget and ROI analysisDesign and maintain automation scripts to standardize and streamline manual processesDocument systems and services on Confluence and enforce best practices across all project phasesRequired Skills & Experience5 to 9 years of experience in the Market Data fieldStrong hands-on knowledge of LSEG Refinitiv Real Time Data System (RTDS / TREP), Tibco Rendez-Vous, and Bloomberg systems (Terminal, API, Bpipe)Familiarity with Electronic Trading platforms such as Tradeweb, ION, or FidessaProficiency on Windows (10/11, Server) and Linux Red Hat environmentsSolid understanding of networking concepts: switching, routing, firewalls, NAT, proxies, and multicastScripting skills in Unix Shell; PowerShell and Python are a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
