Responsibilities
Lead global financial reporting with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance
Develop and refine scenario and sensitivity models for planning and forecasting
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reporting
Develop, manage, and analyze the annual capital expenditure budget
Track and reconcile actual versus planned spending; recommend cost‑saving opportunities
Enhance financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools
Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Present financial findings to both finance and non‑finance audiences
Contribute to system implementations, new business cases, and process improvements
Mentor junior analysts and support development of team-wide analytical capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including global reporting or consolidations
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday
