Test Engineer, Display Manufacturing, Raxium

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in optoelectronics test, display metrology, or semiconductor manufacturing environment.4 years of experience deploying, validating, and debugging semiconductor hardware test systems.4 years of experience writing and debugging test system software.Experience scripting in SQL or Python.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).Experience working with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) or managing remote test fleets in high-volume manufacturing environments.Experience in Python and SQL for building automated data pipelines, tool deployment scripts, or system monitoring dashboards.Experience in automating manual engineering workflows (e.g., automated Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R), one-click Software deployment) to drive operational scalability.Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional partners to align on test strategies.Ability to lead complex technical projects with high ambiguity and shifting priorities.
