Vehicle Billing Specialist

In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You will be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing and posting of the motor vehicle sales into the system with direct supervision. Verify number of delivery statuses to customersQualificationsMinimum Job Requirements:3 years accounting experience and/or AA/AS Degree in Accounting or FinanceUnderstanding of general accounting conceptsFamiliar with office administration related proceduresUnderstanding of double entry accountingUnderstanding of the accounting billing cycleAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing invoicesFamiliar with basic understanding of costing principlesFamiliar with the COGS, gross profit, and gross margin conceptsFamiliar with computer systems, including the ability o operate computerized accounting packages, spreadsheets, word processors and emailFamiliar with aging and other accounts receivables reportsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks dailyEffective written, verbal and listening communication skillsVery effective organizational skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work under pressureGood time managementAbility to meet deadlinesType 45 WMPM, 10 keyIntermediate knowledge of MS ExcelProfessional, Punctual and ReliablePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 poundsMust have good manual dexterityCompany retains the sole discretion to change the duties of the position at any time.
