Commercial Underwriter

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a regional banking organization to identify a Commercial Underwriter focused on SBA lending in the Dallas, TX area. This role is onsite and will support small business lending through underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio support. This position is ideal for an experienced SBA underwriter who enjoys working on complex deals and owning the credit process from analysis through approval. The right candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally with lenders and internal teams.
