This role is located in Mount Pleasant, TX 75455Responsibilities:Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes through chemicals, grit blast, or other methods.Calibrating spray equipment to ensure proper application.Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using a paint gun.Masks, removes, covers, or otherwise protects hardware, trim, and other non-painted surfaces.Perform inspections of finished paint job.Maintains a clean work area by proper storage and disposal of paint products.To remove rust, scale, dirt, debris, grease and other contaminants on the surface of the metal of the trailersTo blast the entirety of the trailers A and B surfaces to a light gray color and to a blast profile of 1.5 mm before they exit the blasting areaTo blast certain C surfaces on certain models of trailersQualifications:Prolonged periods of standing and painting, while wearing a hazmat suit.Frequent exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold and airborne particles.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Must be able to distinguish among colors.MedicalVisionLong and Short Term DisabilityEmployer Paid 25K Life InsuranceOther Supplemental PoliciesPhysical Wellness ProgramPaid Maternal/Paternal LeaveTuition Reimbursement Program401(k) & Company MatchWe encourage and welcome applicants with any and all backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and competencies.
