This is a chance to join a fast-moving, technology-driven team where your work directly keeps critical systems running for a large-scale healthcare Engineer Responsibilities:Build and maintain data acquisition, integration, and migration workflowsDesign and implement data staging, ingestion, preparation, provisioning, and destruction processesSupport production data pipelines with a focus on stability and fast issue resolutionDevelop, test, and maintain data architectures aligned to business and technical requirementsIdentify and implement improvements to data reliability, efficiency, and qualityCollaborate with product, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutionsData Engineer Qualifications:Experience building and maintaining data pipelinesStrong Java or Python skillsWorking knowledge of Big Data systems, automation, and securityProduction cloud experienceAdvanced SQL skillsWorking knowledge of AWSHands-on PySpark experienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredData Engineer Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related fieldExperience leading data transformation initiatives from on-premise to cloud, ideally in a healthcare settingExperience working in an Agile environment as a Data EngineerHands-on AWS experience with Redshift, Spectrum, and S3Knowledge of the healthcare industry or provider-sponsored health insurance systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skillsData Engineer Details:Location: Lake Mary, FL or New York City, NYSchedule: Remote (Quarterly onsite meetings)Pay Rate: $60-$72/hrDuration: 6-month contract-to-hire
