This role is ideal for CDL drivers who enjoy hands-on work, operating powerful equipment, and solving real-world problems in the field. Our technicians perform important environmental services that keep municipal systems, commercial facilities, and industrial infrastructure operating safely and efficiently. You will work with modern vacuum and jetting equipment, receive ongoing training, and be part of a team that values safety, professionalism, and technical skill.What You'll DoAs a Field Service Technician, you will operate specialized vacuum trucks and equipment to clean and maintain wastewater and stormwater systems.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate eductor/vactor vacuum trucks and related equipmentPerform hydro excavation, vacuum extraction, and high-pressure jettingService infrastructure including stormwater systems, lift stations, catch basins, filter vaults, sewer and drainage systemsSet up hoses, vacuum systems, and jetting equipment at job sitesMonitor equipment performance during operationCommunicate with customers and supervisors regarding job scope and safetyComplete service reports and required job documentationAssist with proper cleanup and disposal of materialsMaintain trucks and equipment in safe operating conditionFollow all DOT, OSHA, and environmental safety regulationsPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsSecure work zones and maintain safe job site conditionsFollow confined space entry procedures when requiredWhat We're Looking ForRequiredValid CDL Class A or B licenseTanker endorsement (or ability to obtain)Valid DOT Medical CardSafe driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong mechanical aptitude and safety mindsetPreferredExperience operating vacuum trucks, eductor trucks, or vactor equipmentExperience with hydro jetting, hydro excavation, or sewer cleaningMunicipal wastewater or environmental services experienceConfined space entry experienceWork EnvironmentOutdoor field work at municipal, commercial, and industrial sitesExposure to wastewater and environmental service conditionsPhysically active work involving hoses, pumps, and heavy equipmentWork performed in varying weather conditionsScheduleFull-time positionPrimarily Monday – Friday day shiftOvertime opportunitiesOccasional weekend work depending on operational needsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany-provided uniforms and safety equipmentOngoing training and career developmentAbout Dover Environmental SolutionsDover Environmental Solutions, part of Liquid Environmental Solutions, provides specialized environmental services supporting municipal infrastructure, commercial facilities, and industrial operations.
