We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ERP modernization projects that support the Office of State of DE, Office of PHRST. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance and administration of Recruitment, HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. Workday software has been selected for the purpose of modernizing the State of Delaware’s Payroll, Human Capital Management, Financial Management and Budgeting systems.What You’ll DoLead the ERP modernization project for the State of DelawareDefine project scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop project plans, manage timelines, tasks, resources, and budgetAlign ERP system with business objectivesMonitor progress and report to the Project DirectorManage vendor relationships and negotiate contractsProvide direction and support to the project teamAssess and mitigate risksConduct post-mortems and create recommendations reportsStay updated on ERP technologies industry practicesApply HCM administration expertiseEnsure project milestones and deliverables are metAnalyze data management within the ERPFacilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on the new ERP system, with a focus on Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Time & Attendance plan functionalities.What You’ll NeedRequired:3-5 years of project management experience in ERP implementationBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plusExpertise in HCM systemsKnowledgeable in Recruitment, HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Payroll.Strong implementation, project management, and change management skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesPreferred:Undergraduate degree in computer sciencePhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-JM1Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.$130,000 - $150,000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
