Warehouse Order Pullers

We are searching for Order Pullers, Packers & Meter associates to join our Distribution Team. Qualified individuals must have a desire to learn new skills and a commitment to meet expectations. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to excel. Duties may include but are not limited to: Fulfill customer orders by pulling merchandise throughout the warehouse. Accurately pull order quantities and prepare merchandise for shipment to customers Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping. Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being always followed by yourself and your teammates. Attaches identification information, including pricing, to products or containers. Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation. Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues. Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Stocks shelves and racks with new or transferred merchandise and maintains products in an organized manner to facilitate inventory and shipping processes. Selects proper container and methods of packing, cushioning, and follows specialized packing procedures. Double checks orders/items and how they are packaged for quality, safety, and accuracy Qualifications Attention to detail while moving at a fast pace Use of good judgment and ability to work independently Maintain a strong daily work pace and dependable daily attendance and ability to meet productivity goals and maximize team efforts Heavy lifting may be required Required overtime during our peak seasons Forklift Driving Experience preferred but not required Truck Loading Experience preferred Able to successfully meet our pre-employment drug screen and criminal background screen Must be at least 18 years old Jeffers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
