Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all bar areas, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering strictly to food safety standards. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing, payments, and receipts while managing tabs accurately. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible service policies. Restock bar supplies as needed, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Follow all restaurant safety protocols related to food safety management and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards. Skills Proven experience in a restaurant or bar setting demonstrating strong customer service skills. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices essential for maintaining a hygienic environment. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and transaction management. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Basic understanding of food safety management principles relevant to beverage service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a lively hospitality setting.
