This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA. The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, manage and mentor a team of technicians, coordinate scheduling and dispatching, and ensure service excellence for our customers. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and working closely with other departments to meet business objectives.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and supervising HVAC techniciansIn-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniquesFamiliarity with scheduling, dispatching, and operational workflows for service departmentsExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address client concerns effectivelyProficiency in using technical tools and software relevant to the HVAC industryEPA Certification and NATE Certification preferredExperience in budgeting, workforce planning, and ensuring operational efficiencyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent; advanced training or a degree in HVAC technology or a related field is a plusAbility to work on-site and reliably commute to Marietta, GA
