Your role will be vital in transforming interest into action and helping homeowners embrace the power of solar!$4,000 paid training over your first 8 weeks leading to commission payPotential commission earnings range from $500 - $5,000 per week, based on performancePerformance-based incentives through our tiered recognition program, including opportunities to earn branded merchandise and exclusive rewardsAll sales employees are considered W2 employeesAccelerate your career growth – select a path in sales and leadershipHealth, vision, and dental insurance401K savings plan with company matchLife insurance available, both companies paid and electedSHIFTMonday – Friday: 11am – 7:30pmResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to homeowners who had prior appointments or interest in solarConduct quality assurance conversations to understand the homeowner’s previous experience and address any lingering hesitationsIdentify and address hesitations or challenges that prevented homeowners from moving forward previouslyRe-engage and reschedule homeowners with a solar professionalSupport the preparation of solar designs and contractsMaintain accurate records of homeowner’s interactionsMeet or exceed performance goals related to engagement, reschedules and conversationsOccasional visits to the office location for training and team building events – otherwise position is 95% remoteQualificationsMust be 18 years of age and HS DiplomaProfessional and friendly phone demeanor with excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated, coachable and driven to succeedComfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools – experience with Excel a plusAbility to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periodsStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsPrior experience in customer outreach, call center or sales support preferredWHY JOIN US?This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to be a part of something bigger.
