The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and deliver impactful results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex technical and theoretical consulting efforts across programs and projectsDesign, develop, execute, and implement advanced engineering and scientific initiatives Conduct research and develop innovative solutions to solve challenging technical problems Integrate advanced concepts, data, and information from multiple disciplines to develop effective approaches and methodologiesPrepare and present technical reports, papers, proposals, briefings, and related documentationProvide technical leadership and mentorship to staff members and project teamsSupport organizational growth by advancing technical expertise and capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience leading technical teams and projectsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentResearch and development experience preferredThis position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.Required QualificationsTS/SCI clearance is required for this position.
