We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Warranty Administrator/Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and supporting the service department with accurate and timely submissions. Duties: Verify warranty coverage Review, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely manner Ensure all claims meet manufacturer policies and requirements Track and follow up on outstanding warranty payments Reconcile warranty receivables with payables and maintain accurate records Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather required documentation Monitor and resolve claim discrepancies and rejections Follow up on outstanding payments and non-payments Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures Requirements/Skills: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Automotive Warranty experience required Strong organizational skills Detail oriented DCD Automotive/Nucar as a long standing leader in the auto industry dedicated to customer service offers a very competitive compensation package to include: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage Life Insurance Short & Long Term Disability Insurance Employee Referral Bonus Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays, Sick Time 401(K) with company contribution If you are interested in joining the BEST team, and looking to grow and utilize your unique skill set, please apply today!
