This role bridges field conditions with certified system performance by applying sound engineering judgment, supporting compliance with applicable codes and standards, and feeding field insights back into testing, certification, and product development activities. Essential Job Functions Provide onsite (customer sites and construction projects) and remote engineering support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders regarding Roxtec systems and applications. Evaluate installation conditions, system configurations, and application constraints to determine suitability relative to tested and certified products. Assist with troubleshooting field issues by identifying root causes related to installation, application, or environmental conditions. Apply engineering judgment when assessing applications that fall outside standard details, escalating to Test & Certificates when formal evaluation or documentation is required. Observe and document field conditions to support continuous improvement of testing programs, installation guidance, and technical documentation. Review project drawings, specifications, and related documentation to ensure suitability, accuracy and alignment with code requirements. Assist with Test & Certification activities to help maintain compliance with applicable standards.
