DescriptionMission:The Intern supports IDEA's mission by contributing to day-to-day team operations, project execution, and administrative priorities while developing foundational professional skills in a collaborative work environment.Location:This is a full-time hybrid position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.Travel Expectations:Travel to IDEA training events or step-back may be required.What You'll Do - AccountabilitiesEssential Duties:Support assigned team with daily operational, administrative, and project-related tasks.Assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining information relevant to team priorities.Prepare summaries, reports, presentations, or materials to support team initiatives.Support special projects and follow-up activities as assigned.Additional Duties and Responsibilities:Manage Zendesk support tickets related to STREAM and enrollment dataConduct conversion outreach to prospective student leads gathered through IDEA's CRM platform, HubSpotRespond to recurring enrollment data requestsDevelop and update milestone trackersAssist with enrollment related data analysisConduct audits for enrollment milestones to ensure compliance with department SOPs and best practicesDevelop task management and accountability systems to ensure all department commitments, deliverables, and deadlines are metResource Management: own change management and versioning of department resources (updating playbooks, templates, scripts, etc.)Manage updates to the department hub siteKnowledge and Skills - CompetenciesMake Strategic Decisions: This team member makes informed decisions by gathering reliable information, asking clarifying questions, and evaluating multiple options.
