We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages.As a Physician Assistant, you will provide primary and episodic care while working collaboratively with physicians, providers, and clinical staff to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients. You will play an important role in maintaining patient flow, supporting quality outcomes, and promoting overall wellness through preventive care and patient education.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and evaluations for urgent, emergent, and non-urgent conditionsDiagnose and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and clinical protocolsOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures including radiology, EKGs, labs, and other evaluationsAccurately document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care within the electronic medical record systemPerform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as appropriate for patient careEducate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and overall wellnessMaintain compliance with prescribing regulations, clinical protocols, and healthcare standardsSupport and collaborate with fellow providers and clinical team members to deliver an exceptional patient experienceQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent Physician Assistant state licensure and certification1-3 years of Physician Assistant experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and patient management skillsACLS/PALS certification preferredAbility to train, mentor, and support new and existing provider staffExcellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skillsBenefitsCompetitive payFlexible schedulingHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k)Supportive and collaborative team environmentJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person - Midland, Odessa, Andrews, TX
