RESTAURANT RECRUITING COORDINATORTHE ROLEThe Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in building the teams that power Talkin’ Tacos. This position supports our restaurant leaders by managing the early stages of the hiring process—connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping recruiting efforts organized, timely, and people-focused.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by helping others find the right opportunity. You are the bridge between great candidates and great restaurant teams, helping ensure every location is staffed with people who bring the Talkin’ Tacos vibe to life.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESRECRUITING & HIRING SUPPORTMonitor and respond to incoming applications in a timely, professional, and welcoming mannerScreen candidates and coordinate interviews with General Managers and restaurant leadershipSchedule interviews across multiple locations and help ensure a smooth candidate experienceMaintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring processAssist restaurant with onsite support when needed and as instructed by the HR leadership teamTALENT SOURCING & OUTREACHResearch and identify employer career fairs, job events, and community hiring opportunitiesCoordinate participation in career fairs and assist with hiring event logisticsSupport local recruiting initiatives to build strong talent pipelines for restaurantsORGANIZATION & ADMINISTRATIONMaintain accurate and organized recruiting records and candidate trackingSupport onboarding preparation by ensuring new hire paperwork and information is completeAssist with job postings, updates, and administrative follow-upsPartner with restaurant leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring prioritiesAssist with additional HR tasks as neededEMPLOYER BRAND & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCERepresent the Talkin’ Tacos culture, energy, and values in all candidate interactionsEnsure every applicant feels respected, informed, and excited about the opportunitySupport consistency in hiring practices and employer branding across all locationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR!Highly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonalAbility to manage multiple priorities and locations at onceComfortable working with hiring systems, calendars, and administrative toolsPassion for people, hospitality, and building strong teams
