Senior QE Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior QE Lead with strong expertise in Workday integrations, automation testing, and Agile Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, REST API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based test execution platforms within large enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:* Lead QA/QE activities for Corporate and Finance applications in an Agile environment.* Drive automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs.* Manage integration testing, data validation, and reconciliation across enterprise systems.* Enable CI/CD quality gates using GitLab and DevOps practices.* Leverage AI-driven quality insights for test optimization and defect analysis.* Coordinate cloud-based test execution using platforms like LambdaTest, Sauce Labs, or TestGrid.* Collaborate with Product, Business, and Development teams for release readiness and quality delivery.* Perform RCA, defect tracking, risk analysis, and quality reporting.Required Skills:* 8–12 years of QA/QE leadership experience.* Expertise in Selenium, Java, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.* Strong experience with Workday integrations and automation.* Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD tools, and cloud execution platforms.* Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and enterprise integration testing.* Telecom domain experience preferred.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.About Brickred SystemsBrickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process services.
