Apply via Dice today!DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Digital / IT Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and business analysis efforts for enterprise systems supporting a National Accounts organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system enhancements and new solutions align with strategic business initiatives.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery within complex IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Business AnalysisLead requirements elicitation activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessionsAnalyze existing systems and business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesDocument clear, actionable requirements that are technically feasible and aligned with development standardsCreate and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and supporting artifactsTrack traceability between business requirements and functional/technical design specificationsStakeholder & Technical CollaborationAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders, user communities, and IT teamsCollaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into system solutionsParticipate in shaping project scope, requirements, estimates, and solution designsCommunicate changes, enhancements, and impacts to sponsors, developers, and stakeholdersPrepare and deliver status updates, presentations, demos, and progress reportsDelivery Support & GovernanceSupport backlog grooming, roadmap development, and prioritization effortsAssist with business case development, ROI modeling, and cost-benefit analysisParticipate in testing activities by reviewing test scenarios, assessing defects, and validating releasesProvide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to business stakeholdersMaintain documentation repositories and ensure project artifacts are accurate and currentPartner with Project Managers to monitor progress and evaluate delivery effectivenessRequirementsQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related fieldORHigh School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experienceExperience & Skills7+ years of experience as a Digital or IT Business AnalystStrong experience with:Requirements elicitation for enterprise systems and internal applicationsSwimlane diagramming and business process modelingAgile, Waterfall, and BABOK methodologiesHands-on experience using Jira and ConfluenceExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsWorking knowledge of:Basic SQLEntity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)Data mapping conceptsCCBA or CBAP certification preferredTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
