Window & Door Foreman

Job Summary* A Window & Door Install Foreman is responsible for window and door installation of a single job site under the guidance of the Install Project Manager and Production Manager. A foreman will perform installations with support from a Window & Door Install Assistant.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee single site job installation processes and homeowner satisfactionProvide flawless first time window and door installation in accordance with installation procedures.Daily review of scope of work and materials to ensure proper installation.Make necessary decisions about work site set up, workflow and proper installation techniques.Address installation concerns with the Field Technician or Production Manager.Provide direction, training, coaching and mentoring to an Installer and/or a Helper.Build and sustain positive homeowner relations and assist in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Maintain a mindset of continual self-learning and development of skills.Adhere to proper safety techniques at all times while at work, on the job site and in company vehicles.
