Description *Hiring Contracts for both Full Time and Part Time Availabilities* Wits Property Management is a growing property management company dedicated to providing high-quality service to property owners and tenants across the Twin Cities metro area. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties and are looking for energetic, professional, and reliable individuals to join our team as Showing Agents. Position Overview Wits Property Management is seeking highly motivated and organized Showing Agents to be the face of our available rental properties. This is a commission-only independent contractor position offering flexibility for either a full-time or part-time schedule. The primary responsibility of the Showing Agent is to coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective tenants across our entire portfolio, which is geographically diverse within the Twin Cities. Success in this role is directly tied to your ability to professionally represent Wits Property Management and the rental properties, effectively communicate property features, and provide an excellent prospective tenant experience. Schedule & Work Environment Flexible schedule based on showing demand and agent availability Showings primarily occur: Weekday afternoons and evenings Weekends (peak showing volume) Month-end and beginning-of-month turnover periods This is an independent contractor role requiring travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Agents have flexibility over their own schedule and coordinate directly with internal staff for final schedule approval and coordination. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct in-person showings of residential rental properties for pre-screened prospective tenants Coordinate showing availability using company scheduling systems Arrive punctually and professionally prepared for all appointments Develop working knowledge of each property’s features, lease terms, and neighborhood highlights Answer prospect questions accurately and confidently during tours Provide general guidance on application procedures and next steps Secure properties after showings (lock doors, turn off lights, verify security) Collect and submit prospect feedback promptly following each showing Communicate scheduling updates and availability with office staff Manage travel logistics efficiently across multiple showing locations Assist Leasing Coordinator with other ad hoc duties when in the field Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional presentation and customer-facing confidence High level of organization and time management Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Comfort using mobile apps, scheduling platforms, and email tools Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro Ability to adapt quickly to schedule changes and new property assignments Sales-minded mindset with strong observational skills Real Estate License not required for success but a plus Compensation This is a commission-only position based on properties shown and/or leases generated from your showings. Details of the competitive commission structure will be discussed during the interview process. This structure is designed to reward high performers with significant earning potential, with growth opportunities readily available. Salary $10,000 - $60,000 per year
