Job PostingThe City of Proctor is seeking a Finance Director to provide leadership in managing the City’s financial operations and supporting long-term fiscal stability. This position oversees all aspects of municipal finance, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, audits, payroll, investments, cash management, tax levies, and compliance with applicable state and federal requirements.The Finance Director works closely with the City Administrator, City Council, and Public Utilities Commission, providing financial analysis, guidance, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and responsible stewardship of public funds.
