The role provides the analytical, organizational, and operational foundation that allows Strategic Account Executives to operate effectively, while also contributing independent judgment to improve account workflows, knowledge systems, and execution efficiency. This position is designed as a high-exposure opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build deep fluency in defense business development, advanced manufacturing, and enterprise B2B strategy.The RoleDivergent is hiring a Strategic Account Operations Associate to support Strategic Account Executives and the broader defense business development team. This role serves as a force multiplier for senior account leaders, owning the analytical, organizational, and operational backbone of prime contractor account execution. In addition to executing established processes, the Associate is expected to identify opportunities to improve how account information, CRM data, and customer materials are structured and maintained.
