Medical Device Project Manager

Project Manager – Medical ManufacturingLead the end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs within a precision medical machining environment. This role is responsible for guiding projects from initial material procurement through final production delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and successful customer outcomes.You will serve as the central hub for communication, coordination, and accountability—balancing timelines, technical requirements, and stakeholder expectations in a highly regulated, fast-paced setting.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the full project lifecycle, managing deliverables from raw material sourcing through finished machined componentsAct as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders, providing consistent updates and managing expectationsOversee new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring smooth execution through each development phasePartner closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive project milestones and resolve challengesValidate all project documentation, including purchase orders, drawings, models, and revision levels for accuracy and complianceDevelop and maintain project schedules, priorities, and workflows to ensure deadlines are achievedCoordinate material readiness by working with procurement and inventory teams to confirm timely availabilityCollaborate with production teams to ensure routing documentation and manufacturing instructions are complete and accurateSupport readiness for shipment by ensuring all required documentation and logistics needs are metMaintain visibility of project status through internal tracking systems and proactively identify risks or delaysFacilitate cross-functional meetings to align teams, solve problems, and maintain forward momentumManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detailJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree PMP certification or formal project management training Minimum of 6 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, precision machining, or a related technical environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven settingProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)Job Disclaimer:Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
