Lead Security System Administrator

A company is looking for a Security System Administrator, Lead. Key Responsibilities Design and define SOC operating models and escalation paths for Tier 1 and Tier 2 functions Develop and maintain SOC workflows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to support detection and response activities Collaborate with Security Engineers and compliance teams to ensure SOC processes align with enterprise security requirements Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 6-9+ years of experience in Security Operations, SOC Engineering, or Security Administration with leadership responsibilities Experience designing and implementing SOC processes and operational models Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR platforms Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible to support federal contracting environments
