AV Systems Engineer

Requirements 5 or more years of experience in enterprise audio visual hardware and video conferencing support. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) certified equipment and collaboration platforms. Experience with Crestron and Q-SYS control systems and DSP configuration software. Experience in AV over IP, signal flow, and structured cabling standards. Experience with Microsoft Teams Admin Center and vendor monitoring portals. Experience in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ServiceNow incident management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Coordinate the installation, configuration, and setup of enterprise-grade audio visual systems. Troubleshoot and remediate complex hardware, software, and network-related connectivity issues. Commission AV infrastructure and execute rack builds according to industry best practices. Execute asset tracking and maintain detailed technical documentation of all collaboration resources. Monitor collaboration system health using specialized administration centers and vendor portals. Train customers and technical staff on the operation of conferencing equipment and software. Advise on strategies to optimize the utilization of enterprise collaboration and meeting spaces.
