Turning Point Action is on a mission to save America, one precinct at a time.Job Description:Job DescriptionTurning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to join TPAction's Chase The Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging others to send in their ballots. Responsibilities also include building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory. The Ballot Chaser has attainable and incentivized goals and works in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager in order to make sure that goals are reached, community relationships are fostered and data is tracked daily.Minimum QualificationsField staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsFamiliarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and InstagramWillingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assignedUnmatched passion for conservative politicsFlexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environmentUnrelenting, positive attitudeStrong work ethic and goal orientedSelf starter and self motivatedPunctual and very responsiveEthical and responsible behaviorInnovative nature & desire to try new thingsMust reside within three miles of the zip code on the job postingWOW!
